Elrod Hal (the author of the miracle morning) says that what you do in the morning is not only determing the outlook of your day but of your whole life. He studied many successful peoples morning routines and came to the conclusion that one hour of six certain actions before 8am will get you the fastest to accomplishing your goals.
He called theese certain six actions the live S.A.V.E.R.S.
Affirmations can help you with making yourself believe in your character traits, strengths and simply just in you. You can affirm gratitude, (self) love, health, wealth, confidence and so on. Read the same affirmations over and over for ten minutes per morning until your subconsious acts that way/ you believe it.
I recommend doing the workout at the end of the miracle morning routine. You don't have to do a 20min HIIT workout, just do something that will get your pulse up. Some yoga or pilates would be great too.
Of course you can workout as long as you want but I would stick to the minimum of ten minutes.

Get yourself a good selfhelp, health or finances book (or whatever you enjoy reading as long as it is no fiction novel). The book should educate you about a topic which is important for your life because then you expand your knowledge and your mindset and maybe even vocabulary. All three very important things. Read at least for ten minutes but you can also set the goal to read for example ten pages a day and finish the rest in the evening.
Scribbing basically means journaling. Hal recommends having a five minute journal to plan your day and reflect your thaughts on the day before. Since I have included the five minute journal into my miracle morning routine I noticed how I get things done more easily and concrete. I am also less stressed out about all the stuff on my long to do list because I have learned to prioritize and what working methods work the best for me just by reflecting my actions from the day before.
