The law of attraction
The quote on the left summens the main statement about the law of attraction.
If you feel happy about something, the univers will respond to it by giving you more of this thing so you will feel happy more often.
Same with the opposit. If you feel sad about an incident the univers will respond by giving you more of this said incident so you feel sad more often.
But of course there is more to it, to be percise there are three main principles the law of attracition operates on.
Like attracts like
Your whole life you have been communicating with the universe, most of the time without you knowing. Reason herefor are the vibration/ energy you constantly give off and to which the universe constantly reacts by giving you more of the feeling you are already feeling.
Instead of communicating without knowledge about this law, you can now use it to your advance. Because now you know that if you think and act positivly it is very likely more of that feeling comes into your life. And who wouldn't want that?
But also you may now attract/ manifest certain things. To be exact; you can make anything you want your reality by believing you already have it and feeling like you already have it. The univers doesn't respont to words or images, they are simply here to visualize your goals and help you get in contact with the universe by feeling this overwhelming feeling of having it/ being it already.
Let's say you want to lose 5kg body weight. So picture yourself how you would look and feel when you lost theese 5kg of body weight. Would you jump and scream from exitement? Would you feel proud and encuraged to proceed your weight loss journey? Would you feel infinite greatfulness and happiness?
Feel, see and be the things before they are there and you will have them soon.
However you can't only manifest the things you want, you also have to take action. The offers which the univers is giving you may occurr in different ways. It is very important to have an open mind and take action before the moment of the offer has passed because if you never take what the univers gives you it will think you changed your mind and stopps offering you what you truly want and deserve.
Positivity needs space
If you know your cousin is coming for a visit next weekend, what do you do? That's right, you clean the rooms and take out a extra bed or matress for the person to sleep on. You make space for an extra person. So if you know there are some amazing things on the way, you want to get in a positive state of mind and clean out any negativity, so this empty space can be filled by even more positivity. You'll have to declutter your mind. And that is definitly easier said than done and will most certainly take some time. Maybe you'll have to do some inner child or shadow work to get to the root of your negative thoughts. Or maybe you'll have to meditate to calm your mind and learn to only let the positive thoughts in and leave selfdoubt and hate outside. Whatever it is you'll have to do to declutter your mind, affirmations will always be a great tool if you are struggeling with believing in yourself (and with that also comes doubt about the universe and your manifestations), with selflove, confidence, greatfulness and many more.

The present moment is important
Accepting the present moment with all it's flaws and all it's beautiful sides is also a really important part. Don't dwell in the past or worry about the future, live in the now and try to feel happy and greatful for your circumstances. Even though they might look different from the life you are manifesting it is important to feel greatful for what you already have and loving your life like it already is. Since greatfulness and love are the two strongest positive feelings the universe will react to it the most and therefor be more generous with greatful people.
So accept the present moment and look at it from a positive kind of view. Don't suppress negativity, that wouldn't be healthy since it is a natural feeling and we never should supress feelings. We just have to search for a solution for the problem and get to the root of this negative feeling so we can chase it away.
I myself am using the law of attraction about five years now and it has brought a lot of beautiful things into my life. Ever since I started manifesting I looked at the universe as a provider from which you can order anything you want just like you would order a cloathing item from H&M and deliver it to your house. Although it hasn't always been easy. Especially in the beginning I felt lost and didn't know where to starts.
That's why I have createt a step by step guide with the most effective strategies to manifest the life you truly deserve.
The most important step is to declutter your mind first. But don't get too obsessed with this, you don't have to turn into a Yogi Master in three weeks and have everything sorted out before manifesting.
Get into a mindset of greatfulness by writing down everything you are greatful for in your life. At the end of the list you put all the things that aren't yet in your life but you want to manifest.
So if you want to lose 5kg you'll write: I am so greatful for my weight loss of 5kg bodyfat. So you pretend that it has already happend.
Now it is time to visualize. There are many different forms like writing a wish letter or thank letter to the universe, making a vision board with pictures, writing a story, pray to the universe and so on.
If you write a story, always write in the presence like you already own it and describe how you feel, now that your manifestation has become true.
If you write a wish or thank letter, do the same.
They are all good tools to help you access the most important method of visualisation but before we come to that I would always say the following pray out loud:
Dear univers
I allow myself to aks you for something I want to order. I am so greatful to order ...! I allow that my order to manifest itself or something better for my highest good and the highest good of all involved.
Now to the most important part of manifesting your wishes; the movie in your head. I like to play my favorite song to get me in this overwhelmingly happy and love filled feeling, close my eyes and design my own short film in my head to how I will react and feel when my manifestations become my reality.
You finish off your wish to the universe by getting in the state of love. Write down everything you love about yourself, your life, your people. At the end of the list you put all the things that aren't yet in your life but you want to manifest. So if you want to lose 5kg you'll write: I love that i lost 5kg bodyfat. So you pretend that it has already happend. That would also be the time to manipulate your subconcious by writing down things you'll have to do to loose these 5kg bodyfat but you have a hard time with. Let's say you don't like to workout so you tell yourself: I love to workout. I love getting closer and closer to my goal with every workout I do.
You can do the same with greatfulness (but of course in the beginning of the manifesting process): I am so greatful that my body is able to move and to do sports. I am so greatful that I have the opportunity to do workouts at home/ go to the gym. And so on.
